We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team in support of an EHRM modernization project for the Department of Veteran's Affairs in Waco, TX. This role reports to the Program Director and collaborates with VA client staff to support construction activities, generate reports, and serve as a client-side representative.

- Construction financial management including budget monitoring and cost accounting
- Construction scheduling and baseline schedule management
- Project controls and schedule analysis
- Administration of construction contract change orders
- Budget forecasting and cost tracking
- Review of contractor pay applications
- Construction contract administration
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Claims analysis and resolution support
- Testing and inspection coordination
- Commissioning coordination
- Quality assurance and quality management
- Project Management Plan development
- Communication, quality assurance, risk management, and schedule management planning
- Progress meeting facilitation and documentation
- Project documentation and correspondence management
- Coordination with the COR, A/E teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders
- Review of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Preparation of Project Tracking Reports (PTR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
Consideration of Experience in Place of EducationMinimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible construction project management experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Required Years of ExperienceMinimum seven (7) years managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, preferably within healthcare or other regulated environments.
The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Waco, TX)
