Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in project management, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience managing global projects and leading diverse teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of power transformers, construction, and/or business development is advantageous.
• Proficient in overseeing all phases of project management from engineering to shipment of power equipment.
• PMP or IPMA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills required for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies and tools.
• Act as main contact for project stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate challenges.
