What you will do as the Project Manager, Service Delivery:

Project Manager, Service Delivery must apply independent judgment and demonstrate strong analytical decision-making. The immediate program will require collaboration within a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators; future assignments may involve smaller teams or independent ownership of one or more projects.

The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Effective project communications with team members and stakeholders.
  • Create effective weekly schedules for multiple sites that support goals and delivery timelines.
  • Examine each project end to end to understand inputs, deliverables, dependencies, and required tasks; then create Project Manager and Project Coordinator workflows that minimize duplication and are effective, efficient, and repeatable.
  • Own Project financial management by creating accurate financial forecasts and ensuring project costs and revenue are tracked and processed accurately.
  • Manage risks, issues, and RAID log items by identifying risks early, taking action to prevent them from becoming issues, driving quick resolution, investigating root causes, and preventing recurrence.
  • Create and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements developed as part of each project effort.
  • Interface directly with customers through email, on-camera video conferences, team channels, and chats while maintaining high customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Manage project scope by working with customers, solutioning and creating change requests.
  • Resolve tasks within appropriate time constraints through proper task management.
  • Create and provide weekly status reporting when requested.
  • Support project and team as required, including occasional Project Coordinator tasks and backup coverage of team members.
