ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Successfully initiates, manages, and executes projects in a timely manner; ensures deliverables meet quality standards
- Build robust/proactive project plans that tell a story & facilitate project execution
- Effectively drives/facilitates project scope definition and manages project schedules/timelines/budgets toward it
- Manages scope changes and updates the plan, accordingly; devises contingency plans, and makes timely decisions based on value, facts, circumstance as needed
- Conveys and communicates information regarding tasks, plans, schedules, strategies, and priorities effectively
- Drive, measure and communicate progress and performance to goals on a regular basis
- Work with technology teams to understand development efforts and all available avenues to success; works with both co-located and remote stakeholders/resources
- Reports on progress, changes, risks, and issues; Prepares data and provides interpretation/opinion
- Performs day-to-day control of a project including preparing and presenting progress/issues to the appropriate steering committee
- Leads cross departmental tasks and initiatives; set clear timelines and holds project team accountable to it
ADDITIONAL DESIRED DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reports/communicates regular updates to the program manager
- Assists in maintaining data inputs and preparation of larger program updates to the program manager
- Establishes and maintains relationships across the organization
- Keeps management apprised of issues and resolution statuses, as needed
- Ensures all projects have clear goals, value definition, business case, and align to company strategies
- Identify and analyze potential problems or risks
- Effectively leads project meetings

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: ENSURE ALIGNMENT TO GJA FOR THIS PORTION FOR EACH RESPECTIVE LEVEL/GRADEMinimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years experience, 2 years in a PMO role
Desirable Education/Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree required
o 5 years' experience
• 2 years in PMO role
Technical Competencies Basic Computer Skills -
o Strong fluency of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
o Strong fluency/understanding of SharePoint
o Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications, as needed
Other Technical / Computer Skills -o Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to program/business unit
o Acts as subject matter expert and provides guidance/support for software applications used within programs
o Strong fluency/experience using Smartsheet or equivalent Project Management tooling system
