Ready to put your project management expertise to work on complex federal infrastructure, facilities, and asset management projects? Are you great with people and do you have a track record of managing teams that get the job done? Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Federal Infrastructure / Asset Management to help deliver innovative, practical solutions for federal clients across planning, infrastructure, installation support, and asset management programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for project delivery, client coordination, team leadership, and commercial performance across a portfolio of planning and technical efforts. You will develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies, and help lead projects involving federal facilities, housing, infrastructure planning, installation engineering, public works, and asset management support.

Parsons' extensive experience in this field, combined with your background coordinating projects through planning, development, delivery, and closeout, will help propel your career and leadership opportunities forward. We need our Senior Project Managers to be versatile, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in highly flexible, team-oriented environments with exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with clients, technical teams, and senior leaders
  • Prepare correspondence, written reports, presentations, and briefings for government and corporate stakeholders
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories
  • Coordinate project interactions among multiple stakeholders, including projects affecting existing or occupied facilities and operating installations
  • Integrate competing or conflicting elements into planning and execution processes so project requirements flow smoothly
  • Support federal infrastructure, facilities, housing, public works, asset management, and installation planning efforts, where applicable
  • Serve as the Company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during project execution
  • Negotiate scope changes and maintain follow-up on project instructions and commitments
  • Oversee development of project execution and quality management documentation
  • Work with managers, engineers, planners, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and delivery plans
  • Monitor project cost, schedule, milestones, and technical performance, and lead corrective actions as needed
  • Support client growth, strategic account development, and identification of follow-on opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical/business field
  • 15+ years of related experience in project or program management, infrastructure, facilities, housing, asset management, installation planning, public works, capital planning, or related federal programs
  • Broad technical and business background with demonstrated ability to manage projects and interface with clients
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and ability to perform in a management capacity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with federal agencies, military organizations, public works departments, or Military Engineering communities is highly desirable
  • Experience with Air Force Civil Engineering, AFCEC, NAVFAC, USACE, installation engineering, MILCON, housing, facilities planning, or asset management programs is preferred, but comparable federal infrastructure experience will also be considered
  • Professional registration or certification such as PE, RA, PMP, or equivalent may be preferred

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
