SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Project Manager, Senior to manage and oversee all aspects of complex projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and organizational objectives.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage projects that are complex, high-risk, and/or strategic in scope.
  • Identify project requirements and develop project risk management plans.
  • Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes and proposals in response to Requests for Quote (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Monitor and control project schedules, costs, quality, and risks.
  • Provide recommendations to senior and executive management regarding long- and short-range project objectives.
  • Develop and recommend programs and policies that support organizational growth, competitiveness, and revenue generation.
  • Mentor and train less experienced Project Managers.
  • Assist with the negotiation of delivery order terms and contractual modifications.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs across multiple projects.
  • Support proposal data calls, planning efforts, and technical specifications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings.
  • Supervise project staff and allocate resources effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and develop project personnel.
  • Interview and hire staff to support project execution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding project status and execution.
  • Prepare routine project status reports for customers.


Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ten (10)+ years of experience managing projects, including projects with moderate to high risk and/or complex requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of organizational operations and business objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Position Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000. The listed salary range represents the typical range for this position. WR bases the offered salary on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, knowledge, and skills, scope and responsibilities of the position, and market and business considerations.
