Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in ecology, natural resources, or related field (MS preferred) with 7-10+ years of experience.
• Proven success in client development and business growth within environmental consulting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental permitting and NEPA requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reports and proposals.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage natural resources and environmental permitting projects focusing on client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate field assessments and preparation of reports for natural resources assessments.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Commit to health and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
