Pay: $70,000-$150,000+ per year (average); top performers earn $200,000+

*Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role - local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.What You'll Do- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
- Write and close roofing contracts
- Collect payments
- Manage each project from start to finish

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
- Veterans are encouraged to apply
