Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Preferred experience in fabrication of piping systems and electrical integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field like Engineering or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory with extensive experience.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and project estimation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily project activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain efficient project schedules to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and customers during the project lifecycle.
• Assist in troubleshooting project issues that arise in shop and field settings.
• Conduct material takeoffs and create BOMs to support project proposals and execution.
• Maintain and organize precise project documentation throughout all phases.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on project status and concerns.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and costs, proactively identifying potential impacts.
• Document and communicate alterations in project parameters like scope and schedule.
• Coordinate cross-departmental project activities to ensure alignment and efficiency.
