GHD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our successful Property and Buildings team.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - Property and Buildings and Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating multiple design-build Greenfield projects.

Lead Design Build projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery by managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong project leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position in Vancouver BC is between $85,140 and $141,900 based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing small and medium-sized projects or supporting the delivery of larger, complex projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines.
  • Monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Supporting client communications and serving as a day-to-day point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and owner representatives throughout project delivery.
  • Supporting procurement, contract administration, project controls, and construction-phase services activities.
  • Preparing project reports, presentations, status updates, and project documentation.

Experience:
  • 5-10 years of project delivery experience within the buildings, infrastructure, industrial, institutional, or public-sector markets.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies and project governance principles.
  • Experience supporting projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and competing priorities.
