A Snapshot of your Day

We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Expansion & Implementation (FE) Project Controls & Tools manager to act as a single source of truth, informing cluster heads, and act as a stage-gate authority. In his role, he will be the "chief of execution" for the Factory Expansion Project Management Office (PMO) Head. Operational teams such Expert Support Group, Implementation Assurance, Training & Development, FE Finance and stay focused on execution inside their projects. In contrast, this function consolidates all project data and ensures that material decisions (quality Q-gates, change requests, scope shifts, contingency usage, escalation topics) are governed through a stage-gate / change-control discipline so every decision fits the overall program risk profile, budget, and capacity constraints and is benchmarked across projects for consistency and impact.

How You'll make an impact
  • Lead Project Controls & Tool Governance by defining and governing the project controls ecosystem (Primavera P6, MS Project, OnePM, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint/Teams), including ownership, access, data standards, implementation, training, and adoption.
  • Drive End-to-End Project Planning & Execution Governance from initiation to closure, covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, procurement, communications, risks, stakeholders, stage-gates, and change control.
  • Establish Reporting & Performance Management through standardized KPI dashboards, forecasting, variance analysis, data quality controls, reporting routines, and a single source of truth for project schedule, cost, and performance.
  • Enable Agile Transformation & Delivery Excellence by defining success metrics, facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, coaching teams, and developing dashboards that provide visibility into delivery health, capacity, risks, and milestone readiness.
  • Provide Factory Expansion Leadership Support (Chief of Staff) by preparing executive-ready reporting, decision papers, SteerCo/30x30 materials, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on priority topics.
  • Own Program Communications, OKRs & Capability Development by managing stakeholder engagement, communication plans, OKR tracking, capability assessments, training recommendations, and progress reporting across the Factory Expansion program.
What you bring
  • Education & Background: Technical, commercial, construction management, or strategy-related degree with a strong understanding of large-scale project delivery and organizational transformation.
  • Construction Project Management Expertise: 8+ years of experience managing complex product management projects, preferably within industrial or construction environments, with responsibility across multiple workstreams and matrix organizations.
  • Strategy & Governance Leadership: Proven success in developing and implementing strategies, governance frameworks, risk management approaches, and change management processes that drive business and project outcomes.
  • Project Controls & Tool Implementation: Hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and governing project management and reporting tools including Primavera P6, MS Project, OnePM, Power BI, and advanced Excel, covering standards, workflows, templates, training, hypercare, and adoption.
  • Data, Reporting & Risk Management: Strong capabilities in construction contracts, risk analysis, risk mitigation planning, KPI and master data governance, data quality management, and development of reliable reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and a demonstrated ability to influence teams and enforce standards.
