Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in project management-especially in healthcare or similarly complex environments-who wants to do meaningful work in a mission-driven setting. You'll manage a wide variety of projects that strengthen operations, drive measurable outcomes, and directly support our organizational strategy. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with the ability to work remotely up to three days per week.

What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple projects across departments-including IT, IS, Pharmacy, Imaging, Finance, strategic initiatives, workflow improvements, and site transitions.
  • Contribute to large-scale, system-wide initiatives alongside fellow PMO team members.
  • Develop and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and coordinate resources needed for project success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Lead project teams, mentor stakeholders, and proactively resolve conflicts.
  • Apply project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) to ensure strong execution and outcomes.


What You Bring
  • Proven success managing projects and leading teams, ideally within healthcare or another dynamic environment.
