Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Experience implementing a strong safety culture through health and safety principles.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, procedures, and relevant laws.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills for budgets and schedules.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software with an aptitude for new technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration and technical support to projects.
• Develop and implement project safety plans, promoting health and safety practices.
• Ensure project construction adheres to design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Offer value engineering proposals to enhance functionality and cost efficiency.
• Manage project performance and report on safety, cost forecasts, and schedules.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts and monitor their progress on-site.
• Enforce contract documents and mitigate risks and opportunities for projects.
