The Project Manager in the Data & Analytics department is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering data and analytics initiatives using Agile methodologies. This role partners with business stakeholders, scrum masters, data engineers, analysts, data scientists, architects, and technology teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value on time, within scope, and with appropriate quality and governance.
Responsibilities- The Project Manager will be directly responsible for managing/overseeing project: scope, cost, schedule, risks/issues, procurement and communications.
- Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile approaches based on project and team needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
- Scrum of scrum
- PI planning
- Portfolio syncs
- PI retrospectives
- Partner with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders including scrum masters, data engineers, analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders to define priorities, quarterly commitments, success measures and dependencies.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers impacting commitments made by the scrum teams.
- Develop, maintain and communicate PI plans, roadmaps and benefits to stakeholders including executives.
- Track delivery of scrum teams using Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and delivery predictability.
- Create project procurement management plans detailing what needs, quantities, and timelines are required for renewals and new contracts with procurement.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage day-to-day vendor relationships, and resolve delivery issues.
- Track spending against the project budget and report financial variances early.
Qualifications- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, SAFe, or similar certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting technology, data or analytics initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex project dependencies
- Experience with project and Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and does not reflect future job opportunity.
