About The Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Project Manager to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. As part of our Enterprise PMO, you will lead strategic, highly cross-functional projects across the organization, including enterprise business initiatives and projects supporting our care programs. You'll partner closely with business owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans and drive projects from definition through delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of driving projects toward meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent, highly cross-functional projects from planning through delivery and transition.
  • Partner with business owners and stakeholders to define project outcomes, scope, requirements, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership to maintain a clear path to delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional execution and accountability to remove blockers, resolve issues, and deliver intended project outcomes.
  • Manage changes to scope or timeline by assessing impact, aligning stakeholders, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Provide clear, concise project visibility to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance, and delivery practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments preferred.
  • 3+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results across multiple teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at synthesizing information for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Proactive problem-solver who demonstrates sound judgment, thrives in ambiguity, and remains adaptable as priorities and requirements change.
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams and translating complex information into actionable plans.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar tools; comfortable working with modern collaboration and AI tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
