- Roster: 28/28, 12hr days
Experience & Qualifications:- Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering (highly desirable)
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building engaged high-performing teams.
- Comprehensive underground mining experience with expertise in both development and production.
- Experienced in developing budgets, analysing operational performance and providing commercial insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive stakeholder partnerships.
