Full Job Description
Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible to plan, implement, manage and successfully complete the company's major capital projects as assigned by the Director of Project Management. This position will interface with developers, architects, general contractors, engineering firms, permitting jurisdictions and are responsible to directly manage and supervise Niagara's chosen contractors.

Essential Functions
  • Provides input to the project design and directly manages the construction, equipment installation and commissioning process
  • Actively monitors the project schedule and makes the necessary changes to stay on track
  • Leads daily/weekly project management meetings with Niagara's contractors to review project timelines, milestones, budgets and allocations of resources
  • Participates in weekly general contractor meetings as Niagara's representative when applicable
  • Ensures projects are implemented in accordance Niagara's policies and procedures including but not limited to safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP's), quality and generally accepted construction and equipment installation methods
  • Collaborates with the plant director, plant engineer and maintenance manager for a seamless transition at the conclusion of the project and handoff to the plant
  • Actively monitors the project schedule, scope and budget and makes the necessary changes to stay on track
  • Extensive Travel - Minimum 75% to Maximum 100%

    • 6 Years - Experience in Position, Food Manufacturing Or Plastics Manufacturing
    • 4 Years - Experience in Supervisory Capacity

Pay Rate Type: Salary

$118,937.79 - $172,459.80 / Yearly

Bonus Target: 10% Annual
