NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Electrical Project Manager in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
Job Summary- Plans and organizes electrical construction projects.
- Understands customer expectations; ensures projects completed on time and within quality standards.
- Visits various construction sites and interacts with crew, customers, leaders, and general contractors to ensure jobs are running as expected.
- Reviews estimates with estimators prior to submittal to customer to ensure accuracy.
- Contacts vendors to obtain materials for projects.
- Processes paperwork required for each project.
- Promotes a safe working environment for all work activities.
- Participates in annual performance evaluation process.
- Maintains employee relations.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications- 3 or more years' experience in PM role managing construction/electrical projects.
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC).
- Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Engineering or Business preferred.
- Experience with Accubid preferred.
- Proficient skills in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums.
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
