- Team Coordination: Oversee contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring completion within financial parameters.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure construction activities align with local codes and safety standards.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of project management experience in multi-family housing construction.
