The Opportunity:Our client is a leading environmental consulting firm delivering reclamation, remediation, and environmental management services across Western Canada. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of environmental projects, ranging from individual site assessments to large-scale reclamation and remediation programs.

What You'll Be Doing:- Lead and manage reclamation, remediation, and environmental consulting projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee large-scale environmental programs while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to Project Coordinators, Environmental Specialists, Environmental Analysts, and field staff.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, resource planning, and overall project performance.
- Prepare project status updates, financial reports, forecasts, and progress summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with corporate health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including development of processes, templates, and implementation of new technologies.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, project management, or a combination of both.
- Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional designation, or eligibility for registration, with a recognized professional association (e.g., AIA, ASPB, APEGA, APEGS, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience managing reclamation, remediation, or environmental consulting projects.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan reclamation regulations and contaminated site management.
- Experience with native grassland reclamation and minimum disturbance wellsite reclamation is considered an asset.
- Excellent project management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, budgeting, and forecasting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000
