IntroductionWe are looking for a
Project Manager to join our
LCS Project Management Team. In this role, you will oversee and lead a variety of projects, ensuring
successful execution, monitoring, and delivery while contributing to achieving key business and customer outcomes. You will report to the
Manager, Project Management LCS.
This role includes approximately
10-15% of
domestic travel.
This role is based in
Mesa, AZ with
hybrid working options. (We will also consider candidates in
York, PA.)
Team you will belong toYou will lead a team of
5 professionals focused on delivering successful project outcomes. Our team plays a key role in ensuring projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals, with a shared focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers, and emphasize open communication, accountability, and teamwork.
What you'll do- Lead project execution including monitoring, controlling, and change management
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Allocate and manage resources (people and materials) to meet project timelines and budget
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions to project progress
- Maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Prepare and deliver progress, financial, and project reports to stakeholders
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment of costs and revenue
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and best practices
What you'll bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Experience using SAP
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- PMP certification (nice to have)
