Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, or 2 years in a medical setting.
• Working knowledge of federal construction processes and compliance standards.
• Experience with schedule, cost, safety, quality, risk, and change management.
• Skill in reviewing contractor submittals and providing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to identify construction deficiencies and non-conforming work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with USACE RMS is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite for 40 hours a week, flexible hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite project management services at active military medical facilities.
• Support Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects within the healthcare sector.
• Manage daily project documentation, including logs and inspection reports.
• Coordinate weekly progress meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
• Review and assess contractor performance through RFIs, schedules, and change requests.
• Identify discrepancies in construction work and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
