The Opportunity

In this role, your project-management leadership will guide the delivery of mechanical engineering solutions that support complex industrial environments - from manufacturing plants to process facilities. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, steer project execution, and ensure successful outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Your Impact
• Lead mechanical engineering workstreams across industrial projects, ensuring alignment with scope, quality standards, and industry regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resourcing, and risk logs for mechanical packages.
• Oversee coordination between engineering disciplines, operations, construction partners, and industrial clients.
• Deliver mechanical design packages (HVAC industrial, rotating equipment, piping, process utilities, material-handling systems).
• Conduct technical reviews, validate calculations, and endorse design decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure safety, operability, and maintainability requirements are integrated into engineering solutions for industrial facilities.
• Facilitate project meetings, progress reporting, and technical documentation for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support commissioning plans and resolve issues during construction and start-up.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $76,300 - $102,800
