Location: Lincoln, NE - Hybrid
Your Responsibilities:- Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Coordinate project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, Project Analysis through required project documentation such as AIA
- Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
- Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
- Obtain acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
- Responsible for the successful completion of the project
- Assist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for file
Your Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-6+ years of Project Management experience
- Commercial HVAC industry experience
- Experience in design-build or plan-and-spec project management (preferred)
- Professional Engineering or Project Management Certificate (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 to $136,800 plus annual bonus in Nebraska. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
