Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in marine or heavy civil infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership in managing projects like bridge substructures, dam rehabilitation, and dock construction
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and floating platform work
• Experience with public infrastructure contracts requiring complex specifications
• Proficient with scheduling (Primavera P6 or MS Project), cost control, and contract management
• Ability to lead teams in high-risk marine environments
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of marine and civil infrastructure projects
• Develop and manage project work plans, cost structures, and schedules
• Oversee operations like pile driving, drilled shafts, and sheet piling systems
• Manage marine logistics including barges, cranes, and floating equipment
• Coordinate efforts among field leadership, engineering teams, and subcontractors
• Maintain financial control through forecasting and cost tracking
• Negotiate change orders and contract modifications as per public infrastructure requirements
• Review and approve engineering and marine work plans
• Support bid reviews, pricing strategy, and risk evaluation during project pursuits
• Interface with public agencies related to infrastructure projects
• Travel to job sites up to 75% of the time as necessary
