About the RoleTitanium Fabrication Corporation (TiFab) is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead fabrication projects for defense, chemical, and oil & gas customers. In this role, you'll manage projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in scope.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented project leader with manufacturing experience who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and serve as the primary customer interface throughout the fabrication lifecycle.
What You'll Do- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements with stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and timelines
- Track progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targets
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using structured processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during fabrication
- Oversee material procurement and vendor purchasing as needed
- Support Quality Control and Purchasing functions when required
- Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
Must-Have Skills and Experience- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project execution
- Working knowledge of fabrication, machining, or industrial production environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Nice-to-Have Skills- Formal Project Management training or certification
- Engineering degree or technical background
- Knowledge of welding and machining processes
- Experience with military specifications or defense contracts

Additional Details- Salary Range: $95,000-115,000
