Program Manager to join our Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting practice.
This is a remote position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Leading all aspects of contract delivery for assigned project/program, including client & internal relationships.
- Leading a diverse team of Data & AI resources to deliver data-driven projects related to fraud detection and prevention by leveraging innovation and data analytics based on ManTech project methodology.
- Maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables
- Managing project scope against the contractual baseline
- Coordinating project/program management meetings, and preparation of briefings and presentations (client and corporate audiences)
- Gathering data and updating project/program financial status reports, forecasts, and PM models
- Explaining technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Serving as the primary technical and managerial interface between the Offeror and Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Openly communicating with all Integrated Project Teams to ensure they work together to provide quality products and services.
- Ensuring the Government receives a response within 24 hours if the vendor has been contacted by the Government.
Basic Qualifications: - Five (5) or more years of experience managing agile projects and delivering fraud analytics solutions.
- Experience supporting advanced analytic and investigative support services with teams greater than 10 full time employees.
- Experience in the following key areas including fraud prevention and detection, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing to the defined plan.
- Experience managing to cost and schedule milestones consistent with project plans.
- Experience leading complex fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement analytic projects.
Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements: - Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust

The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
