Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration or equivalent technical expertise.
• Active participation in a relevant Professional Organization.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S., with no Visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and oversee construction observation services.
• Work independently to deliver project objectives.
• Train and supervise engineering staff effectively.
• Design civil, municipal, and transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare necessary reports and permits for engineering projects.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control on designs by the team.
• Communicate project progress and updates across all offices.
• Directly manage project tasks and staff assignments.
• Assist with proposals and ensure final contracts receive necessary approvals.
• Handle budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable for projects.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and client management activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines as needed.
