Qualifications

• Registered Architect with a degree from a NAAB-accredited university
• 8+ years of design experience preferred
• Technical production skills for design and construction documents
• Proficiency in Revit preferred
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as state building codes and ANSI 117.1
• LEED accreditation or interest in obtaining it is preferred
• Strong mentoring and team management abilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clients, Consultants, Architects, and Designers on project production
• Prepare strategic plans and act as primary client contact
• Negotiate contracts and manage project billing, accounts receivable, and close-out duties
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and team assignments, including proposal preparation
• Facilitate contract documentation and quality assurance sign-off
• Develop design assignments through all project phases
• Coordinate architectural drawings among various disciplines
• Ensure effective communication between team members, clients, and external parties
• Contribute to client satisfaction, design quality, and profitability of projects
