Full Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, Property Services, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing assigned projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role supports project planning, documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming work environment. The Project Manager ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures and helps strengthen project execution practices across the team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develops and maintains project plans including schedules, milestones, resource needs, and risk tracking
  • Manages day-to-day project activities to ensure progress, alignment, and timely issue resolution
  • Prepares and maintains project documentation such as charters, status reports, change logs, and action items
  • Facilitates effective meetings with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership
  • Coordinates cross-functional collaboration to support decision-making and information flow
  • Tracks project budgets including soft costs, forecasts, and variance reporting
  • Supports procurement activities by gathering vendor quotes, coordinating RFP documentation, and ensuring compliance with governance policies
  • Supports change management activities including communication planning and readiness activities
  • Ensures effective transition of delivered solutions to operational teams
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in project processes and communication
  • Builds strong working relationships with employees, management, vendors, and consultants
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and statutory regulations
  • Completes project close activities, including lessons learned documentation
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education and Qualification Requirements
  • 3-5 years of combined project management experience and education
  • Postsecondary education in business or project management; PMP or CAPM considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and initiative
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and MS Project; familiarity with project management software (Procore, EcoSys, Primavera) considered an asset
  • Ability to travel to various operating locations as required
