Full Job Description
Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for an IT Service Project Manager IV to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) GSP TO7 in ATAMMC, Fort Belvoir, VA.

Location: 9300 DeWitt Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060

Position Overview:
  • The Project Manager - Level IV provides intermediate project management and CCB facilitation support at ATAMMC, managing short-term IT projects and coordinating CCB activities in accordance with the Government's Charter.

Job Duties:
  • Facilitate the CCB in accordance with the Government's Charter by coordinating the attendance of non-voting members, ensuring submission of all required documentation, and maintaining official records.
  • Provide cradle-to-grave project management for short-term projects (approximately 6 months or less), utilizing government-approved methodologies.
  • Manage all project phases, including coordination, kickoff, execution, monitoring, documentation, vendor communication, and closeout.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, contract support, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
  • Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using government-approved tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project).
  • Provide full administrative support including status reporting, data gathering, meeting logistics, and funding profiles.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must have or be able obtain a NACLC Public Trust which is required to Start. All personnel must obtain favorable suitability adjudication prior to commencement of duties.
