Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale industrial cleaning projects in oil & gas, refining, or chemical industries
• Strong understanding of chemical cleaning processes and industrial equipment
• Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of chemical cleaning projects from planning to closeout
• Execute projects in critical areas such as refinery turnarounds and petrochemical maintenance
• Develop detailed work plans, procedures, and resource schedules
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and logistics for efficient project execution
• Apply expertise in scale, corrosion, and fouling removal processes
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation for project management, safety, and financial tracking
