The Project Manager leads the administration, execution, and delivery of commercial heating and cooling equipment projects, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can oversee a large portfolio of projects, think beyond day-to-day tasks, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and customers.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Project Leadership & Execution
- Manages small to mid-sized projects with guidance and support from senior management.
- Manages 30-35 HVAC equipment projects concurrently with varying scope and dollar value, typically ranging from $1M to $3M
- Oversees project execution from initiation to completion
- Coordinates with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Manages project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Reports project status to stakeholders and recommends improvements
- Applies an understanding of HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and construction workflows to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions
- Maintains consistent communication with internal and external teams
- Builds strong, professional relationships that support customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Enters equipment orders, issues purchase orders, and ensures compliance with internal procurement processes
- Reviews and approves vendor invoices; issues customer invoices; reconciles project financials to maintain profitability
- Compares estimated ship dates with contractor schedules and adjusts plans to maintain alignment
- Generates service work orders for equipment start-ups and service visits
- Participates in company-provided training and stays current on industry best practices

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction-related experience
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC equipment strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft and ability to adapt to CRM software
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Financial literacy and comfort working with budgets, cost tracking, and project accounting
- Ability to work in a typical office environment with occasional job site visits
