Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact. Optimize leader time through strategic scheduling, roundtables, and payor forums. Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions.

  • Performance Monitoring and Resource Management: Track and report on project progress and outcomes. Identify risks or roadblocks and recommend well-reasoned solutions to keep projects on track. Reinforce the IKC OCMO team brand by highlighting their value, contributions, and impact across our Value-Based Care programs (Gov’t and Commercial).

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Support IKC (CKD, Quality Measures, Gov’t Programs) education initiatives, including physician workgroups, live meetings, and training sessions. Integrate practice outreach and other physician engagement initiatives into OCMO processes with a hyper focus on partner of choice, the DaVita Kidney Care/Integrated Kidney Care clinical strategy and IKC quality metrics.
