Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the water wastewater industry? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take charge of executing large, complex projects independently. If you have a deep understanding of Power Distribution and I&C, we want to hear from you!
In this role, we're looking for an experienced, future leader within our Project Management team. A Project Manager with extensive experience in the water wastewater industry This will involve full scope project management responsibilities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding or quickly gaining comprehension in Systems Integration projects will be a key to success.
**What you will do:**
- Change Control: Implement change control measures to manage modifications in project scope effectively
- Schedule and Budget Management: Monitor and control project progress to ensure on-time and within budget completion
- Problem-Solving: Investigate potential critical situations and take corrective actions proactively
- Company Representation: Represent the company in project meetings and strategic sessions
- Communication: Effectively interpret and communicate plans and contract terms to administrative staff, customers, and end-users
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling

**Demonstrated Skills:**
- 10+ years of project management experience within the water/wastewater industry and/or system integration required
- Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; written and verbal
- Act as a responsible company representative
- Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologies
- Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities
- Must be willing to travel up to 20%
**Education:**
- Preferred bachelor's degree in construction management
- PMP certification
$125,000 - $180,000 a year
Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person's qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future.
