Position Summary:

This is a Manager, Project Management role with responsibility for leading our efforts in implementing

multiple Information Technology (IT) project initiatives and special projects for the Consumer segment.

Role Description

This is a Senior Manager role with responsibility for leading the Consumer Project Management team

and overseeing the execution of Information Technology (IT) and business projects across the Consumer

segment. The role is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers who lead medium, large, and

complex initiatives while following established portfolio governance and delivery processes.

The Senior Manager partners closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Product Managers,

Infrastructure teams, Platform teams, Data & Analytics teams, Architecture, Security, vendors, and

business stakeholders to ensure projects are appropriately planned, resourced, executed, and delivered.

This leader drives project management excellence, consistency in delivery practices, resource

management, risk mitigation, and project execution across multiple regions.

Job Functions

? Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers supporting the Consumer Technology

portfolio.

? Responsible for successful execution of projects and programs on-time, on-budget, and meeting

business, functional, and quality objectives.

? Oversee multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination,

communication, and execution.

? Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and best

practices.

? Partner with BRMs, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand project objectives,

requirements, and priorities.

? Collaborate with Infrastructure, Platform, Architecture, Security, and Data & Analytics teams to

coordinate project activities and manage dependencies.

? Identify project resource needs and partner with leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and

allocation.

? Forecast, manage, and report on project financials, resource utilization, project schedules, and costto-

complete projections.

? Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes using approved processes

and tools.

? Provide project and program status reporting, executive summaries, and leadership

communications.

? Support execution of strategic initiatives, modernization efforts, business integrations, and special

projects across the Consumer segment.

? Drive consistency in project planning, project controls, and delivery execution across regions.

? Monitor project performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve project execution and

delivery effectiveness.

? Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure delivery commitments are

achieved.

? Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

? Preferred: MBA or related advanced degree.

Technical Skills

? Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery methodologies, and SDLC practices.

? Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

Teams, etc.).

? Advanced proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps,

or equivalent).

? Experience utilizing project financial management, resource planning, and reporting tools.

? Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, issue management, and change

management processes.

? Process improvement experience.

? Understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and business systems.

Job Experience (number of years, type/level of previous experience)

? 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.

? 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Project Managers or project delivery teams.

? Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise technology and business projects.

? Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, programs, and workstreams.

? Experience supporting global organizations and coordinating project activities across multiple

regions.

? Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder

? Experience developing executive leadership presentations and project reporting.

? Preferred: Manufacturing, Packaging, Consumer Products, or Supply Chain experience.

? Preferred: Experience leading modernization, integration, ERP, or digital transformation

projects.
