Location: Huntsville, AL - Hybrid
Your Responsibilities:- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Participate in pre-sale site visits with Account Managers, primarily for learning and support
- Assist engineers on design aspects under guidance
- Work closely with Sales Coordinators on subcontract agreements, equipment ordering, financial reviews, milestone billings, and project closeout documentation (with direct oversight and support)
- Coordinate with Control Application Engineers for control system design and graphics under guidance and review
- Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
- Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
- Obtain acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
- Responsible for the successful completion of the project
- Assist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for file
Your Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-6+ years related project management experience
- Commercial HVAC experience
- PMP Certification, PE License, or related (Preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $153,300 plus annual bonus in Alabama. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
