Project Manager II - Commercial Construction
Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Anticipated Salary: $113,000 - $149,000


In this role, you'll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically ranging from $10M-$20M, while working side-by-side with Superintendents and field teams on site. You'll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track. You'll also partner closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality work you're proud of. This is a great opportunity for a project leader who values teamwork, accountability, and seeing their impact firsthand every day, in the field.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 to $149,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of construction experience, ideally with industrial projects that demand strong coordination and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
  • Comfort balancing time in the field and in project systems , using technology to support smart decision-making.
  • Clear, effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.
  • Strong Excel skills and technology aptitude to support forecasting, reporting, and project controls.
Nice to Have
  • Background transitioning from field leadership into project management or estimating.
  • Exposure to union environments or coordination with industrial subcontractors.
  • Prior experience leading project teams or mentoring direct reports.
