Project Manager

Position Overview

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager with experience in restoration and/or construction project management. This role is responsible for leading complex commercial restoration and reconstruction projects while ensuring quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The Project Manager serves as a technical expert for large-scale, complex, and high-profile projects and may support regional catastrophe (CAT) response efforts following hurricanes, floods, and other natural disasters. This position offers opportunities for continued professional development, including estimator training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all restoration and construction service lines.
  • Manage project scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and customer communication.
  • Oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Review daily project progress, document milestones, and communicate challenges to leadership.
  • Maintain complete project documentation, including photos, reports, sketches, graphs, and field logs.
  • Coordinate and qualify subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage both fixed-price and time-and-material projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation required for invoicing.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain company equipment.
  • Protect client property while maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every phase of the project.
  • Report labor hours, equipment usage, and materials accurately and on time.
  • Participate in company-sponsored operational and safety training.
  • Travel as needed and work evenings or weekends when project demands require.
