Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Business Analysis)Position Overview Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives that combine strategic project leadership with hands-on business analysis. This role partners with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver high-impact projects while improving business processes, defining requirements, and driving successful implementation.
What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects from initiation through closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, communications, and resource coordination.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, executive status reports, and project documentation.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate scope and deliverables.
- Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process modeling, journey mapping, and documentation.
- Define current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, data flows, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, data, vendors, and agency stakeholders on solution planning.
- Support user acceptance testing, cutover planning, change management, and post-launch adoption.
- Produce project deliverables including charters, requirements documents, schedules, dashboards, process diagrams, and status reporting.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of project management experience managing moderate to high complexity projects
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign
- 5+ years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and project governance skills
Preferred Qualifications - PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong schedule management and resource planning skills
- Experience identifying, mapping, and re-engineering business processes
- Integrated Master Schedule experience
- Power BI and/or data dashboard experience
