The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing new store openings, remodels, relocations, expansions, and acquisition projects across North America. This role oversees projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards.

This position works closely with internal partners and external vendors to coordinate project activities, maintain project schedules, manage budgets, and resolve issues as they arise. The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting company growth by delivering high-quality projects while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved throughout the project lifecycle.

THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE…

  • Develop, monitor and control the approved capital budget for each project.
  • Ensuring best practices by taking in account of quality, health and safety implications.
  • Works closely with and supports the wider Project Team delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations where appropriate.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project & design teams, continually reviewing and developing improvements.
  • Proactively manages the changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and creating contingency plans as required.
  • Partner with project team members and contractors and assume accountability for their assigned work.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.

Experience and Skills:

  • Full knowledge in construction around retail and experience of the shop fit industry including processes, managing projects and managing projects with strict budgets.
  • Prior project Management experience and ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects across a number of group fascia’s keeping them on budget and delivering them on time & to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and across departments.
  • Numerate and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adjust to real time situations and adapt accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and driven but can work as part of a team.

Required Education and/or Experience

Relevant bachelor’s degree or Project Management qualification.

Proficient IT skills including Microsoft / Google (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Pay Range: 80k - 100k
