Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical sectors.
• Familiarity with all three phases of project implementation: Rough, Trim, Final.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Consistent work history with minimal job transitions (preferably no more than 3 years between roles).
• High emotional intelligence and a pleasant attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and in-house teams.
• Understand and execute the scope of work, addressing any troubleshooting needs.
• Take the lead on project planning and scheduling, ensuring alignment with available resources.
• Maintain project profitability by adhering to budgeted hours and minimizing errors.
• Issue work orders and coordinate efforts among various trades and third parties.
• Enforce quality control to meet project standards and client expectations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, and disseminate relevant information to the team.
