About the Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of water treatment, dewatering, and heavy civil construction projects. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical knowledge, customer relationship management, and operational leadership.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals, plans, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Assembly & Fabrication, Operations, and Management teams to ensure project success.
  • Define project scope, milestones, schedules, responsibilities, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee project procurement activities, evaluate vendor proposals, and ensure purchased materials meet project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and proactively resolving issues that may impact project performance.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare project submittals, technical documentation, Requests for Information (RFIs), and project status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, proposals, and standardized documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns, identifying solutions, and recommending process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and operational enhancements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Project or construction management experience within heavy civil, industrial, environmental, or infrastructure-related industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekend and night-shift work as required by project schedules.
