Reports to: Senior Project Manager
Position PurposeThe Project Manager leads all aspects of project execution from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role balances technical expertise, financial oversight, team leadership, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams with clear direction and accountability
- Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and change management
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Ensure quality standards and safety expectations are met
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- Support billing, forecasting, and reporting
- Apply value engineering and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor and develop project team members

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
