Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree from accredited technical college preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical maintenance, shutdowns, or switchgear commissioning.
• Experience with Doble software, automated CT sets, and relay testing desired.
• NETA Certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• General PC skills including Microsoft Office are required; PowerDB experience is advantageous.
• Safety training certifications (OSHA 30, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR) are preferred, with training available.
• Must prioritize safety and adhere to electrical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical services jobs related to inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Spend at least 50% of work time performing field duties.
• Participate in job pre-planning and collaborate with the sales team on job estimates.
• Assign job roles and tasks to crew members based on project needs.
• Maintain customer relations by providing updates and resolving issues during jobs.
• Identify opportunities for job scope expansion and communicate them to clients and Account Managers.
• Monitor project budgets and track technicians' time and material costs for accuracy.
• Conduct a final job walk prior to energizing systems to ensure successful start-up and scope completion.
• Complete and review job reports for accuracy before submission to the Production Manager.
• Participate in on-call duties for customer emergencies, responding promptly.
