Full Job Description
As a Project Manager at FedPoint, you'll lead medium-sized business and systems projects across the organization, ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. You'll coordinate resources, guide project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and proactively manage risks to keep projects on track. You may also facilitate organizational meetings that support PMO operations.
What You'll Do

Project Leadership (60%)
  • Establish project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate project tasks and resources across cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain full-scale project plans
  • Track budgets, schedules, and resource plans
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating decisions when appropriate
  • Manage change control and evaluate project outcomes

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement (30%)
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation
  • Ensure project materials are accessible and up to date
  • Deliver engaging project presentations and progress reports
  • Provide continuous status updates and escalate issues when needed

PMO Alignment (10%)
  • Ensure all assigned projects follow FedPoint's established project management approach
About the Project Management Department

Our PMO supports business units across FedPoint using a wide range of methodologies, including Agile (SCRUM/Kanban), Waterfall, Six Sigma, and Lean. Projects span IT infrastructure, product development, security, audits, and open season call centers.
We partner closely with Business Units, Information Risk Management, technology leaders, and external partners to improve how we use data, technology, and services to move our business forward. [Project Manager | Word]
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years managing complex, large-scale projects• ideally in employee benefits, insurance, financial services, or related fields
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and documentation skills
