Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day asphalt maintenance operations (sealcoating, crackfill, pothole repair, line striping, etc.)
- Enforce policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for ownership
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills- Proven experience as a Operations Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar role
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving attitude
