Pasadena, CA, you'll step into a client-facing leadership role supporting a diverse portfolio of land development, infrastructure, and utility projects. In this role, you'll lead environmental review efforts, mentor team members, and help grow client relationships while delivering high-quality CEQA and NEPA documentation.

Project Manager - Environmental Services (CEQA/NEPA), you will lead environmental planning efforts, manage project delivery, and support client relationships while ensuring high-quality technical work.
- Project Leadership & Delivery
Serve as Project Manager, primary author, and point of contact for mid-size to large CEQA/NEPA documents, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing consultation and recommendations to support successful project outcomes. - Team Leadership & Mentorship
Guide and mentor project team members, supporting collaboration and professional development within a dynamic team environment. - Business Development & Proposals
Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates, and participate in interviews, marketing efforts, and client meetings. - Collaboration & Technical Excellence
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, compliant solutions that meet client environmental requirements.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Planning, Policy, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 8-15 years of experience preparing CEQA/NEPA analyses and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, clients, and deliver high-quality technical work
- Strong communication, technical writing, and organizational skills
- Experience or interest in technical areas such as transportation, utilities, air quality/GHG, noise/vibration, cultural resources, wildfire, or similar disciplines is a plus
Compensation & Benefits- Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
