Job Description- The Project Manager is responsible for managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
- The position requires leading specific Work Order execution, schedule tracking, and risk management.
- Managers will implement Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- The role includes driving deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceThe contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; or
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience managing DoD projects.
- PMP certification required.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Managing project lifecycles and tracking milestones.
- Ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
- Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
- Resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Risk management and deliverable tracking.
Required Skills and Competencies- Expertise in Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
- Working knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) - Required
- Lean Six (Preferred, Not Required)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (Preferred, Not Required)
- DAWIA Level II in Program Management (Preferred, Not Required)
Clearance Requirement- An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for on-site duty location.
