Manage, coordinate, and provide leadership to a wide variety of projects for affiliate operations to support moderately complex administrative and operational support activities. Supervise day-to-day projects and activities in accordance with specified guidelines to ensure quality and/or quantity goals are met. Identify, coordinate and implement projects and/or programs to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of operations. Implement programs to support regional operations efforts including areas of affiliate performance such as quality, HCC, utilization, performance improvement, and cost control for affiliate products. Serve as the liaison between leadership, educators, clinical staff, and external partners. Support change management initiatives related to new processes, technologies, or regulations. Communicate project updates clearly and manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Business Administration or closely related field
  • Epic certified in Prelude and Cadence.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
  • 3 years of Epic administration experience with front office.
  • 3 years of experience in training in adult learning theory, instructional design, or workforce development.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience managing training, education, or change initiatives.
  • 3 years of experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
  • 3 years of experience in design and implement strategic training programs that reduce resistance and accelerate adoption of new operational standards.
  • 3 years of experience with transparent communication strategies to neutralize friction and ensure alignment across clinical teams, resulting in improved workflows, optimized operations, and enhanced patient care.
  • 3 years of experience developing and delivering high-impact clinical and operational training programs, including ambulatory and specialty-specific initiatives, to expand staff competencies and improve care delivery in remote and underserved regions.
  • 3 years of experience with insurance verification processes with proven knowledge of CA Revenue Integrity and Patient Financial Services. Compliance risks and revenue cycle
  • management in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • 3 years of experience with healthcare marketing, communications, and public affairs, enabling development of compliant messaging to support public health initiatives and clinical advocacy.
  • 3 years of expertise in working with diverse socio-economic and remote populations. Building empathetic cross-level relationships and enhancing accessibility to eliminate geographic and socio-economic gaps, ensuring equitable service delivery and collaboration.
  • 3 years of experience with design and overseeing training programs related to clinical workflows, healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR/EMR), compliance, and quality improvement.
  • 3 years of experience applying adult learning principles to develop effective training strategies (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, blended).
  • 3 years of experience ensuring training content aligns with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • 3 years of experience evaluating training effectiveness using metrics such as competency assessments, adoption rates, and feedback.
  • 3 years of experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
